BDay celebration..a bit different though
I, standing in a open tent house waiting for first shower of winter to subside. It has been trickling since an hour, taking everyone by surprise. That’s 29th Jan, 07, time 8:30pm. My hopes of having a good dinner were already drowned in the muddy swimming pool made in the tent by rain.
With my bro, I went to hostel on our scooty…zooming thru the ridge area of Delhi …me talking in the wind…shouting, just happy to enjoy the weather and the wind in my hair.
We all friends (mostly my juniors) celebrated my bday(yeah they had arranged the party for me...i love these guys..they r gr8.We left hostel past 1 in the night…then headed straight for home…still 25km away…it was traffic jam due to trucks at the border…but even jam could not stop us as we zipped, zoomed and weaved through the big cars and trucks…and found our way past all the traffic. So those two hours will always remain one of the most treasured memories of my life...I can bet for that.
