I wanna direct a movie someday...gonna finance me!!!

In past few years, i have developed a taste for movies...so to quench my thirst for different kind of cinema..i have been regularly trying to attend different film festivals in delhi. so, this week i have been celebrating the spirit of cinema with 8th osian cine fan fest asian film festival(yeah, this is the complete name) being held at Siri Fort(multiplex for alternate cinema).

So my usual routine in this week was like this:- get up at 8, reach office at 10(half an hr late), do work at office, decide upon the movie to watch after 7pm, reach siri fort audi...watch the movie and come back around 11-122 in the night..chat for an hr...hit the bed at around 2. So, it has been quite a hectic week for me...but all this is worth the movies i am watching at the audi.

Ii saw "grain In ear", "Mixed doubles", "What if..." , "hidden", "rouge"... and 'Ubume' , "Hamlet of Women" are in pipeline. The movies were gud, and the atmosphere there is simply eclectic...you dont see those type of people anywhere in the city...these ppl related to art and cinema..they are a different breed altogether. most of them are from bengal ...i dunno why..why bengal is so culturally active w.r.t. rest of india.

here is one small incident ....
I bought ticket for "avenge but not my one eye", was directed to the balcony of the audi3 for the movie, i went in there and voila...i landed up at the premiere of "yun hota to kya hoa(what if..)"... even though it was meant to be housefull...nobody stopped me. And I stuck there only and watched the movie standing on my knees. next day i wanted to see "mixed doubles", but it was already sold out, thus i tried to implement what i had learnt yesterday...so, i bought a ticket for another movie, and got in to watch "mixed doubles"...it was fun and a lesson well learnt.(u r intelligent naren...ohhh i know that)....thnx fireangel for acting like a lost dumbo(ur half-blonde characteristics well utilized);)

Thats the small blog i just wanted to write ...i know its not so well written blog...many details are missing...but its fine...for any doubts, comment...i'll surely come up with doubt clearing session.

Wow sounds like a busy week. I would love to see most of those movies, its always an interesting experience to see movies where the dialogs are not understood because then you tend to observe the expressions a lot more.
